CURRIED SHRIMP SALAD 
8 c. bite size pieces Bibb lettuce
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1 lb. sm. shrimp, cooked & cleaned
1 can mandarin orange segments, drained
1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced

Toss all ingredients.

CURRY DRESSING:

1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Shake all ingredients in tightly covered container, chill. Pour over salad when ready to serve.
