SEAFOOD BUTTER 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. red pepper (I use pimiento)
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. celery
2 c. lobster, shrimp, scallops, or crole

Cook the seafood you plan to use. Cook, peel, and chop fine. Combine all other ingredients in mixer and whip until blended. Fold in seafood. Serve on fried egg. Roll skins (wontons).
