CHALUPAS (Mexican) 
1 lb. hamburger
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can (28 oz.) whole tomatoes
Green onions, chopped
Green pepper, chopped
Celery, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
2 shakes Tabasco sauce

Brown and simmer hamburger and seasonings. Add tomatoes and cut vegetables, garlic, salt and sauce. Simmer 1-1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with shredded lettuce, grated Cheddar cheese on top of deep fried tortilla chips or Frito corn chips.
