JUMBLE LOLA 
1 c. smoked ham, ground
1 med. size onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
1 qt. water
1 qt. tomatoes
1 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. pepper

You can use either ground ham or hamburger. Chop onion fine and fry in butter. Cook hamburger and combine all ingredients. Bake in moderate oven for 2 hours. Sir often.
