KRAUT SLAW 
1/2 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
2 1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. pimento, diced
1 lg. can or jar sauerkraut

Bring vinegar and sugar to a boil. Cool. Combine the other ingredients in a bowl and pour cooled vinegar and sugar over and stir well. Let stand for 3 hours before serving. Will keep in the refrigerator up to 4 to 5 weeks.
