KING RANCH CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, boiled & deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
1 pkg. tortillas, cut fine (24-36 ct.)
1 onion, chopped fine
1 can Rotel tomatoes

Combine soups, broth, and tomatoes for sauce. Place layer of chicken, half of the sauce, tortillas and cheese in a 13"x9" casserole. Repeat for second layer with cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.
