ZUCCHINI ITALIANO 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, cubed
1 clove garlic
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 1/4 c. cubed zucchini

Brown sausage; remove grease. Add onion, green pepper, garlic, and tomato sauce and saute. Stir in tomatoes, oregano, and zucchini. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
