1 German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk

Mix together and spread 1/2 of mixture in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. While hot, sprinkle on: 1 c. pecans 1 pkg. caramel melted with 1/3 c. evaporated milk

Spread on remaining mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
