TERIYAKI CHICKEN 
3 chicken breasts (cut up very sm.)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or ketchup
1 onion (cut up)
1 can mushrooms, drained or fresh mushrooms (cut up)
2 stalks celery, cut up
1 tsp. hot sauce or more (optional)

Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce at least 3 to 4 hours. Drain sauce off chicken. Brown in some oil, stirring well. Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, onion, celery and more teriyaki sauce to brown. Add mushrooms. Stir well. Cover and steam 2 minutes. Do not over cook.
