CREAMY CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
2 heaping tbsp. butter
3 c. sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
3 squares chocolate or 3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Put butter in saucepan, allowing it to become golden brown. Add all other ingredients. Cool until soft ball stage (when dropped into cold water, a soft ball forms). Cool until lukewarm, beating in a sink full of cold water. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup nuts. Pour into buttered pan. Let stand up.
