CRUNCHY HAM CASSEROLE 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni (2 c. cooked)
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked ham
1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
Grated carrots if desired
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
1 c. Colby cheese, grated
1 can Durkees French Fried Onion Rings

Prepare macaroni according to package directions, drain. Combine macaroni and ham in 3 quart casserole.

Blend soup, sour cream, and milk, pouring 1/2 the mixture over ham and macaroni. Arrange broccoli on top. Pour on remaining sauce, and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with French Fried Onion rings and bake for 5 minutes longer. Yield: 6 servings.
