BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli florets, chopped
10 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/2 med. onion, chopped fine
2/3 c. raisins
1 c. diced Cheddar or Swiss cheese
1/2 c. coarse chopped nuts or sunflower seeds

DRESSING:

1/2 c. light mayonnaise or yogurt
1/4 c. sugar (or sweetener)
1 tbsp. vinegar

In large bowl combine ingredients and toss lightly. Pour on dressing. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
