CORN DOGS 
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. paprika
Dash of pepper
10 to 12 hot dogs
Vegetable oil for frying

Mix batter and pour into tall glass. Skewer hot dogs with wooden skewers; dip into batter. Deep fry at 375 degrees about 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
