RANCH STYLE LENTIL CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked lentils
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. water

Brown lean meat in oil. (If using hamburger, omit oil.) Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8. Can be frozen. Serve with a salad, etc.
