CREAMY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/8 c. minced onion
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Crushed potato chips
Almonds (optional)

Mix soup, onion, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Cook chicken in microwave or stew until done; let cool. Skin chicken. Place in casserole dish; cover with sauce. Sprinkle with potato chips and almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
