ARROZ CHAUFA | |
1 c. rice 1/2 lb. bacon, diced 1 can bean sprouts, drained 1 c. chicken, cooked and diced 2 bunches scallions, diced 4 eggs Soy sauce Using electric frying pan, fry bacon until done. Remove and save. Also remove and save bacon fat, using some of fat. Saute scallions, remove and save, saute sprouts. Remove and save, saute diced chicken, remove and save. Beat eggs and make 1 large omelet, remove and dice. With frying pan on, add rice and pour soy sauce to taste. Then add all other ingredients, stirring well. Serves 4. Cooking rice, add tablespoon of butter to pot. Melt. Add 2 cups water, 1 cup rice. Bring to boil. Stir, cover and lower heat for 8 minutes. Stir and heat for 6 minutes more. |
