BARBECUED HAMBURGER 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar

Brown meat and onions in large skillet. Pour off fat that accumulates. Add all other ingredients. Mixing well and simmer 20-30 minutes uncovered. Spoon onto hamburger buns. Yields 1 1/2 cups servings, approximately 200 calories per serving. With bun, 320 calories.
