PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. whipped dessert topping (like Cool Whip)
1 (8 inch) graham cracker pie shell
1/4 c. chopped peanuts

Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add peanut butter and beat well. Gradually beat in milk. Fold in topping. Pile into pie shell. Sprinkle with peanuts. Freeze until firm.
