BANANA SPLIT PUDDING | |
1/2 c. butter, melted 2 c. graham cracker crumbs 2 eggs 2 c. XXX sugar 3/4 c. butter, softened 1 tsp. vanilla 3 med. bananas, sliced 9 oz. carton Cool Whip 1/2 c. chopped nuts 4 oz. jar (sm. can) crushed pineapple, drained Combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Pat into a 9x13x2 inch pan or dish. Beat eggs on high speed of electric mixer about 4 minutes. Add sifted XXX sugar, softened butter, and vanilla; beat 5 minutes longer. Spread over crumbs. Chill for 30 minutes. Spread pineapple over creamed mixture, sliced bananas over pineapple. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Garnish with drained cherries. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. |
