LINDA'S CREAM BROCCOLI SOUP 
4 stalks fresh broccoli or 4 sm. pkgs. frozen

Cook until tender - drain water off, except for about 1 1/2 cups. Mash broccoli in water.

1 stick butter

1 finely chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of celery soup

2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. hot Velveeta cheese (optional)

3 c. milk

Simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste.
