IMPOSSIBLE TUNA PIE 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
1 c. shredded American cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut up
1/4 c. sliced green onions (I use 1 sm. onion, cut up)
1 jar pimento (optional)
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of nutmeg

Mix together all of the ingredients. Pour into a greased 10 x 10 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes. For a seafood pie - you may substitute crabmeat, shrimp, lobster, cod pieces, etc.
