HOT GREEN TOMATOES 
8 qt. basket green tomatoes (golf ball size)

Cut tomatoes in quarters and coat with olive oil and oregano. Mix with hands.

Put in quart jars: 1 clove garlic 1 1/2 hot peppers Tomatoes

BRINE:

1 c. salt
1 qt. vinegar
3 qts. water

Bring to a boil and pour over tomatoes and seal.
