ALMOND POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
3 tsp. flavoring, 1 of each almond, vanilla and butter (butter is optional)

Mix all ingredients. Spread in 3 loaf pans. Bake 350 degrees, 1 hour.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond
1/2 tsp. butter, optional

Bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Brush on bread while still warm.
