MOCHA ALMOND BREAD | |
1/2 c. almond mocha instant coffee 2 1/4 c. flour 3/4 c. sugar 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. salad oil 1 1/4 c. milk 1 egg 1 c. chopped almonds Combine instant coffee, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, oil, milk and egg. Beat at medium speed for 1/2 minute. Stir in chopped almonds. Pour into wax paper lined 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tested done. Cool thoroughly before slicing. |
