PICKLED EGGS | |
Eggs Spice vinegar Place eggs in a pan with cold water. To cover, bring to a boil. Boil 15 minutes. Stir often to keep yolk in center. Plunge in cold water and remove skin and shell. Pack in clean jars. Cover with cold spiced vinegar and seal. Keep for 1 week before serving. |
