PICKLED EGGS 
2 doz. eggs
2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
2 tbsp. mustard (optional)
2 whole cloves (optional)

Boil and peel 2 dozen eggs. In saucepan bring to boil the liquids. spices and sugar, reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes. Cool slightly (strain) pour over boiled and peeled eggs. Cover and refrigerate. Onions and hot peppers may be added if desired.
