1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
1 can (6 oz.) low sodium vegetable cocktail
2 tsp. cider vinegar
Dash cayenne pepper

Blend garlic powder and soy sauce in small bowl; stir in all remaining ingredients. Use as a marinade for meats (or poultry). Per 1/4 cup marinade; sodium 87 mg; calories 33.
