ACAPULCO TACOS 
3 lb. round steak
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground oregano
1/4 c. red wine
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sugar
Few drops liquid smoke

Trim fat from meat. Pound and tenderize. Chop garlic and mash in salt. Combine garlic paste, cumin, oregano, wine, oil, lemon juice, pepper, sugar and smoke in glass dish. Add meat and turn in marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

Drain marinade from meat and reserve. Saute or broil meat until done. Brush on marinade and let stand 1-2 minutes. Cut in small strips or pieces and serve in taco shell with usual garnish.
