TETRAZZINI 
1 1/4 c. spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
2 c. cooked turkey, chicken or veal, cut into pieces
1/4 c. diced pimento or salad olives
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. meat broth or water
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated sharp cheese

Cook and drain spaghetti. Place meat, pimento and green peppers in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add all other ingredients, reserving 3/4 cup grated cheese. Lightly mix; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Yield: 8 servings.
