SAUCY SWEDISH FISH 
1 c. diagonally sliced carrots
1/2 c. sliced onion
1/2 tsp. dill weed, crushed
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 lb. fillet or white fish or orange roughie, cut in 2 inch pieces

In skillet, cook carrots and onion with dill weed in butter until just tender. Add soup and fish. Cover and simmer 10 minutes until done. Stir occasionally. Serves 3.
