CRUNCHY TUNA SALAD 
2 (8 oz.) cans tuna
1 (8 oz.) can bamboo shoots
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
4 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon pepper
Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Blend well and refrigerate several hours. Add more mayonnaise if desired.
