CHEESE AND POTATO BAKE 
12 med. potatoes
1 1/4 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 beaten eggs

Peel potatoes, boil in salted water and mash. Combine milk, butter, salt and cheese; cook over low heat. Stir until cheese melts. Fold in eggs and add this mixture to potatoes. Pour into 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Lightly sprinkle paprika over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Can be made ahead and stored in refrigerator.
