CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 stick or 1/2 pkg. pie crust mix
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper

Prepare pastry for 9 inch 1 crust pie. In skillet, cook and stir meat until brown. Drain fat, stir in salt, oregano, pepper, crumbs, 1/2 of tomato sauce, onion and green pepper. Turn into pastry lined pie pan. Spread cheese topping over filling.

CHEESE TOPPING:

1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix all together and put on above mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
