JELLY ROLL 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cold water
1 c. flour
1 level tsp. baking powder
1/3 tsp. salt

Beat the eggs and sugar until thick. Add the water then flour, salt and baking powder which has been sifted together twice.

Line a shallow cookie pan with greased paper (I use wax paper). Pour in the batter evenly and bake in a 450 degree oven until light brown. Turn out onto a cloth sprinkled with powdered sugar. Tear off paper and spread with jam or jelly. Roll up quickly to prevent roll from cracking.
