1 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. white sugar
1 sm. jar chunky peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal
1 c. milk chocolate chips

Combine Karo and sugar and bring to a boil; remove immediately. Add peanut butter. Pour peanut butter mix over the cereal. Mix well and pour into 9x13 inch pan and press flat. Melt chocolate and spread evenly over all. Cut when firm.
