OH HENRY BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
10 1/2 oz. mini marshmallows
3 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. Spanish peanuts

FROSTING:

1 c. chocolate chips
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter, chips, and peanut butter; add marshmallows, Rice Krispies and peanuts; stir until marshmallows are melted. Press lightly in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan.

FROSTING: Melt chips, milk, and butter. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir or use mixer. Put on bars while warm. Refrigerate.
