2 gallons green beans 3 qts. water 1 pt. white vinegar 1 c. sugar Combine water, white vinegar and sugar; bring to a boil. Put in beans and bring to a boil again. Boil for 30 minutes. Pack in jars and seal. When you cook, drain off liquid and use fresh water. |
