ALICE'S CHEESECAKE AND CRUST 
3 c. sour cream
1 lbs. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream cheese until smooth. Cream sugar into cheese. Add beaten eggs and extracts. Blend in sour cream. 1/4 c. sugar 2/3 cube butter, melted

Mix together and pat in bottom of cheesecake pan. Bake at 375 degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool. Pour cheesecake mixture into pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
