NO PIE CRUST CHEESE CAKE 
6 eggs
4 lg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

At room temperature, mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased springform pan or 2 greased pie plates. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 20 minutes out of oven.

Pour topping of your choice or make sour cream topping (recipe follows). Bake 10 minutes more. 3 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Blend or stir together in medium bowl and spread evenly over cooled cheesecake. Bake 10 minutes more. Garnish with cherry in center. For 2 pies, use twice the amount. Makes for 1 spring pan cheese cake or 1 pie plate cheese cake.
