HOT FRUIT CASSEROLE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. mixed dried fruit, cut in half
1 can pineapple chunks (juice, too)
1 can cherry pie filling
1/2 c. dry sherry
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. curry powder

Mix in casserole. Cover, and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
