HAMBURGER RICE HOTDISH 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 cans water
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Fry hamburger, onions and celery together. Then mix everything together and bake 2 hours in a slow oven, 300 degrees. Serve with chow mein noodles and or salted nuts.
