LEMON BISQUE | |
1 pkg. lemon Jello 1 1/4 c. hot water 1/3 c. sugar, optional 3 tbsp. lemon juice Rind of 1 lemon 1 lg. can Pet milk, whipped Crushed vanilla wafers Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with vanilla wafers. Combine first 6 ingredients. Let start to congeal, then pour over wafers. Put more crushed cookies on top. Chill 6 hours and serve in squares. Serves 12-15. |
