1 pkg. hash brown potatoes, prepared and drained 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 c. milk 1 c. sour cream 1 lb. sliced Canadian bacon Prepare potatoes, drain well. Stir in onions, parsley and place in a 9x13 inch pan. Melt butter, blend in flour and salt and pepper. Add milk and cook until thick. Remove from heat and blend in sour cream. Pour the mixture over the potatoes. Arrange Canadian bacon on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
