1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 med. to lg. pkg. Crispex cereal
Powdered sugar

Melt together butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips. Place Crispex in LARGE container, pour chocolate mixture over and fold in until cereal is well covered. Place snack in plastic or paper bag a little at a time, add powdered sugar and shake until the pieces are covered and separated. Store in an airtight container.
