BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
1 c. milk
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1/3 c. Ritz round crackers, crushed (about 10)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour and cheese. Add milk; cook and stir until mixture boils. Stir in broccoli. Place in a 1-quart casserole. Top with crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
