CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. seasoned stuffing mix
1 c. & 2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. milk
1 pkg. frozen peas
3 c. cooked chicken or turkey, diced
1/2 of a minced onion
1 minced celery stalk

Melt butter and combine with stuffing in a bowl. Line a 9x13 inch casserole dish with half of this mixture. Saute onion and celery in 2 tbsp. of butter. Add milk, 2 cans of soup and peas. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until peas are warmed. Fold in chicken or turkey and pour into casserole. Sprinkle with other half of the stuffing. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
