NEXT DAY TURKEY CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked stuffing
3 c. cut up turkey meat
1 pkg. corn muffin mix prepared - or your own
1 c. cooked peas or green beans
1 c. boiled onions

Cover bottom of 8x12 inch greased casserole with stuffing and turkey. Add leftover peas or green beans and boiled onions. Spread corn muffin batter evenly over top of vegetables.

Bake 22-25 minutes at 400 degrees F. Serve with cranberry sauce and hot turkey gravy.
