BERRIES ON A CLOUD 
This dessert is spectacular and very good.

MERINGUE:

2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Cover cookie sheet with brown paper bag. Draw a 9 inch circle on bag. Beat egg whites, salt, vinegar to soft peaks. Gradually add sugar and cinnamon mixture. Spread mixture on paper, bake 275 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off heat let cool, undisturbed for 2 more hours. Peel off paper and place on serving plate.

MOUSSE:

To cover meringue:

1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add other ingredients. Beat well.

1 c. whipping cream

Beat to soft peaks. Fold into beaten mousse mixture. Spread on top of meringue.

3 c. whole strawberries without tops

Place strawberries point up on top of mousse mixture.

GLAZE:

Melt 2 squares semi sweet chocolate with 2 teaspoons shortening (oleo). Drizzle over berries. Serves 10. Keep this dessert chilled if you plan to wait a few hours before serving.
