FRUIT PIZZA 
20 oz. pkg. refrigerated sugar cookies
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Assorted fruit

Freeze cookie dough for 1 hour. Roll out dough and carefully transfer to a pizza pan. Dough should cover entire pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden. Allow it to cool. Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Spread over the crust. Arrange cut up fruit over the cream cheese mixture. Chill. Cut into wedges and serve.
