PUMPKIN CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream cooking oil and sugar together. Beat eggs into sugar mixture. Add the pumpkin. Sift together all dry ingredients and slowly add. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool and frost cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1/4 lb. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar

In medium size mixing bowl, cream butter, cream cheese. Add vanilla. Blend slowly into mixture the confectioners' sugar.
